Events and tickets
Where we list events on this site:
- Details can change. We’ll do our best to keep listings accurate but we can’t guarantee it.
- Where tickets are free, booking a ticket doesn’t guarantee entry if capacity is reached – please arrive in good time.
- Some of our work takes place outdoors and involves walking, uneven ground and being out after dark. We publish access information for each project and we’d encourage you to read it. If you have access requirements, contact us before booking and we’ll help where we can.
- If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we’ll contact ticket holders using the details given at booking.

Donations made through this site are processed by GiveWP, and their terms apply to the payment itself. We don’t see or store your card details.
Donations are voluntary and, unless the law requires otherwise, non-refundable. If you’ve made a donation in error, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do what we reasonably can to help.
Donations support our charitable and community activity. We can’t guarantee that a donation will be applied to a specific project unless we’ve agreed that with you.
