support what we do.
Our mission is to amplify the unheard voices, to explore and tell the stories of local people and communities to inspire positive action, social change, individual and collective ambition.
We are a training ground for homegrown producers, actors and creatives from diverse backgrounds – the most underrepresented communities in arts and culture.

What your support means to us
Your donation helps us put communities at the centre of creative work. It means more local voices being heard. More working-class artists gaining paid opportunities. More young people building confidence, skills, and creative careers.
It means we can continue co-creating ambitious projects that celebrate our towns, challenge barriers in the arts, and create space for stories that are too often overlooked.
Most of all, it means we can keep building a creative sector that truly reflects the people it serves.
