Producers Week
Producers Week is part of the Inspire Programme, kindly funded through Arts Council England Place Partnership funding from Rochdale Creates.
Producers week is our intensive programme packed with industry insights designed to support early-career producers with practical training, mentorship and real-world experience in delivering cultural projects.
As part of the programme, we deliver sessions on access, risk assessments, fundraising, setting up as a freelancer and much more!
We work with industry experts to deliver valuable insights into different areas of the industry, helping participants to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the Producer’s role.

The second Producers Week cohort ran from 27-31 July 2026, with a focused theme of outdoor production. Participants developed specialist knowledge and practical skills in producing work in outdoor and public spaces, one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of the creative sector.
It gave me the inspiration and motivation I had almost lost to pursue a career as a Producer. I will definitely be using everything I’ve learned to develop a career.
